There is a confusion. In first part it is said the eligible bloggers of rank 55 or less, in next part it is 65. I think it may be a writing mistake.

Hola @sherbanu! El concurso se inicio con 55 de reputacion.

Para participar en el Concurso de Curación, encontrará 2 publicaciones de blog de alta calidad escritas por steemians de nivel 55 o inferior.

Pero la semana pasada y esta semana,se cambio la regla y se permite una reputacion hasta 65 o inferior. Un abrazo

Thank you, yes I missed that one. It's reputation level 65 for this week again. Pretty sure we will be keeping this part of the changes for sure. There are tons of good bloggers with higher rep scores that aren't seeing good rewards which we can help out.
