Yep, it's the upvote button.it only happens on my laptop, appqrently. Not on my phone.
Last week I had trouble with the Steem Toolbar. Took ma wedk to find out what was wrong and to fix it. It was an issue with my Chrome browser. I assume tvis one is too, so I'll need to spend some time re-installing it...

Odd...sounds like a post that needs to be done so others that might be having the issue ;)
