patient care report

My job is to write patient care reports and take action according to the doctor's instructions who provide direction, therapeutic action.
but that's not only my job I also have to take the necessary action against the patient.

The risk now is very big, especially during the Covid-19 period, we are at the forefront. hopefully we are always healthy so that we can provide services to all patients.
