have you ever tried it with white Truffles? It is more expensive, but much intense flavour!
Also, instead of Parmesan cheese, which probably is the most famous one, I will go for Grana Padano, which is almost the same cheese, but made in north west of italy.

I just used truffle oil but I will have to try white truffles!! Hopefully I can get my hands on some. And good idea about the Grana Padano! Sounds so tasty 😋
