পাসওয়ার্ড নিয়ে নিশ্চিন্তে থাকার উপায়
আমরা কখনোই চাই না আমাদের মুল্যবান জিনিসগুলো অন্য কেউ হাতিয়ে নিক। তাই আমরা সেই জিনিসকে সুরক্ষিত অবস্থায় রাখার জন্য নানান পদক্ষেপের অবলম্বন করে থাকি । আমরা সেই জিনিসটা হয়তো একটি মজবুত লকারে আবদ্ধ করে রেখে শক্তিশালী পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে লক করে রাখি। কিন্তু আমরা এই পাসোয়ার্ডটা নির্বাচনের ক্ষেত্রে মাঝে মাঝে অসচেতনতার কারনে মুল্যবান জিনিসটা হারিয়ে ফেলি। তাছাড়া তথ্য প্রযুক্তির এই যুগে আমাদের স্মার্টফোনে, কম্পিউটার বা ল্যাপটপে অনেক প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টস থাকে যা সুরক্ষিত রাখার জন্য পাসওয়ার্ড লক দিয়ে রাখতে হয়। তাই লক্ষ্য করে দেখা যায় আমাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনে সেফটি নিশ্চিত করার ক্ষেত্রে একটি শক্তিশালী পাসওয়ার্ডের প্রয়োজন অনেক। তাই আজ কীভাবে একটি শক্তিশালী পাসওয়ার্ড নির্বাচন করা যায় সেই উপায় গুলো আলোচনা করবো ।
পাসওয়ার্ড নির্ধারনের ক্ষেত্রে বেশ কিছু সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত । সেগুলো হচ্ছেঃ
- পাসওয়ার্ডে নিজের নাম বা তার কোন অংশ রাখা যাবে নাঃ
পাসওয়ার্ড নির্ধারনের ক্ষেত্রে খেয়াল রাখতে হবে সেটি সহজ করার চেষ্টা করতে গিয়ে নিজের নাম বা তার কোন অংশ কোন মতেই দেওয়া যাবে না। এতে পাসওয়ার্ডটি অনুমান করা খুব সহজ হয়ে যাবে। তাই ঝুকি এড়িয়ে চলাই উত্তম ।
- পাসওয়ার্ডে নিজের জন্মসাল দেওয়া যাবে নাঃ
আমরা আমাদের জন্মসাল নানা ধরনের সার্টিফিকেটে দিয়ে থাকি। তাই এটি অনেকেই জানতে পারে। তাই পাসওয়ার্ডে কখনোই জন্মসাল ব্যাবহার করা উচিত নয় ।
- একই পাসওয়ার্ড একাধিক জায়গায় ব্যাবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবেঃ
আমরা অনেকেই পাসওয়ার্ড সহজে মনে রাখার জনয় একই পাসওয়ার্ড সব জায়গা ব্যবহার করে থাকি। এটা করা একদম অনুচিত এতে অনেক ঝুকি থাকে। কেউ যদি কোন ভাবে আপনার পাসওয়ার্ডটা জেনে যায় তাহলে সে আপনার অনেক ক্ষতি সাধন করতে পারে। তাই নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে স্বতন্ত্র পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করা উচিত ।
- পাসওয়ার্ড নির্ধারনের সময় কমপক্ষে ১২ টা ক্যারেক্টার বেছে নেওয়াঃ
বড় আকারের পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করা বেশ নিরাপদ। এতে অনুমান করা খুব কঠিন হয়ে পড়ে। তাই সবসময় পাসওয়ার্ড নির্ধারনের সময় কমপক্ষে ১২ টা ক্যারেক্টার দিয়ে পাসওয়ার্ড তৈরি করুন ।
- পাসওয়ার্ড নির্ধারনে আপার কেস / লোয়ার কেস, নাম্বার ও চিহ্ন ব্যবহার করাঃ
আপনার পাসওয়ার্ডটি শক্তিশালী করতে আপনি আপনার পাসওয়ার্ডে আপার কেস / লোয়ার কেস, নাম্বার ও চিহ্ন ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। এতে আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড অনুমান করা একদম অসম্ভব হয়ে দাঁড়াবে। আপনি থাকবেন নিশ্চিন্তে।

- একই পাসওয়ার্ড দিরঘদিন যাবত ব্যবহার না করাঃ
আমরা অনেকেই অলসতার কারনে পাসওয়ার্ড চেঞ্জ করি না । ফলে দীর্ঘদিন যাবত একই পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করি। এটা একদম অনুচিত এবং অনেক ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ । তাই, সকল ধরনের ঝুঁকি এড়িয়ে চলতে অবস্যই একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর পর পাসওয়ার্ড পরিবরতন করতে হবে ।
