Keep your information safe with Encrypted Box!

Save your passwords and notes securely, share with your friends with public key encryption!

Encrypted Box is a password and notes manager (soon photos), storing information securely encrypting data so that no one but the owner of the information can read it. You can share information about a login account on a site or some notes securely, since a public key encryption mechanism is used, allowing only the recipient to read the content. Below is how to log in to the application.

You can login to the site https://www.encryptedbox.co with your Blockstack ID. If you still do not have your Blockstack ID you can create it as mentioned in the following post Get and use a Blockstack ID which will help you to log in many more applications.

The use of the application is very simple and intuitive, by clicking on the Passwords menu you will have the options: Add Password, which allows you to capture login data and any notes as shown in the following screenshot:

After saving the data, a card with the captured information is presented, if you have captured a URL you can click on the title and the website will open, the Username and Password data are hidden for security, you can click on the buttons to View or Copy data.

If you have related information on any subject you can create a folder and save your Passwords in your new folder.

Finally, you can edit, share or delete your Passwords, when positioning on any item the following toolbar will be displayed:

To share a password, the Blockstack ID of the receiving user is needed, the application will read the public key and generate an encrypted file with this key so that only he can read that file.
