Hey man when the derivatives bubble bursts where do yo see inflation and interest rates going? I’m from Canada and in the 70s they hit 18%. I live in Chile now and real-estate is out of control, some places have seen over 3X in the last 5 years. Wife’s from Pheonix and we plan to get a vacation home there when it pops. Looks like a place that could recover well.
