Whatever we might be thinking about doing, be it a small scale business, or we are thinking about what career path to choose, it's that important we follow our passions.
Each time we think about what is needed to be successful in our line of work and life, we often think about characteristics like ambition, value, intellect, talent, discipline, persistence and luck.
A lot of times most of us fail to include in our recipe the key word ''Passion.'' Sometimes this ingredient is what make the biggest difference..

While trying to understand what i mean by passion and why it is more important, first of all we must understand the true meaning of success. Many assumed success to be associated with large sums of wealth or a high level of fame, the truth is success isn't all about money. but true success is not all about money,.

I believe success is, or at least should be, primarily defined as an achievement of something desired. Mostly successful people are the ones who achieve the things the most desire. The things we desire most, at times even more than money, should be proud of what we do with our lives. When it comes to our work this is more true. A real successful person is someone who see more pride in what he or she does. That is success.The primary definition of Success shouldn't be based on a lot of money but it's a reasonable goal to have. Yes we all want to have enough money to sustain ourselves and our family. The thing is, if we're truly passionate about the work we do, there's probably a better chance that money will follow.

Speaking of passion, i'm not talking about the romantic way. The passion i'm talking about here is the powerful feeling of enthusiasm that we all have inside us. I believe we are all passionate about something, it might be finance, food or our favorite sport. That enthusiasm is very powerful. By the time we combine it with our work, definitely we are building ourselves up well enough for achieving true success.

Being enthusiastic and proud of our work, the more successful and better equipped we get to overcome the obstacles that arises in the process of starting our business or moving up in career. Showing more enthusiasm helps us work harder at improving ourselves. This better us in continuously getting better at the work we do. It's true that the better we get in doing our work, the better we can get paid for doing it.

Putting in more zeal and being passionate about our work doesn't only provide us with a meaning career, but surely will also give us a better chance of getting well paid. The passion we show in our work can be the difference between making a living or making a killing.

Apple today is one of the successful companies in the world, whenever apple comes to our mind we also think about the ex-CEO, the late Steve Jobs. The article is based on multiple interviews with Apple employees and the late Steve Jobs himself. The No. 1 principle in this article believe it or not is "do what you love." The power of passion was what Steve Jobs believed in. He once said, "people with passion can change the world for the better." He claimed that the passion he had for his work made all the difference.

IT IS NEVER TOO LATE

For those of us who have been thinking, "I'm already following my passion" while reading this article, that's great! You should appreciate that because you're in the minority. According to The Conference Board, over 50% of Americans were dissatisfied with their jobs in 2010. It stated that most Americans were only working for their current employer simply because they had to.

The truth is, most of us have to work one way or another (unless you were born into riches and are completely spoiled). So, quitting your day job because you aren't completely satisfied is not right. Moreover, that doesn't mean you can't pursue another more fulfilling career-path part-time. Have you ever heard the saying, "it's never too late to be what you could've been?" Well it's true. If you have an idea of where you want to be, you can still make moves towards getting there. If you have a full-time job to support you while you make that transition, that may actually be even better.

BOTTOM LINE

Real success is much more than having a lot of wealth and fame. Enjoying the work you do is, in some ways, more important than having a large bank account. Plus, if you enjoy the work you do, there's a greater chance you will do great work and get paid accordingly. If you're thinking about starting your own business, or just struggling with this in your own personal career, you may need to think about what you're passionate about. It may not be easy, but chances are it will be worth the effort.

Passion, drive, motivation, zeal, call it what you want it is the self-driven attitude about your job and your work that can help lead you down the path to success.
