15 acres! What do you do with 15 acres of land? I would get lost and not be able to find my way home.
The apartments here are between 400 sq ft, for a studio apartment to 1,500 sq ft for a 5-room apartment. They call it 5-room, but it's actually 3 bedrooms plus dining room and hall.
oh ok well the 1,500 sq ft one ain't too bad I reckon, what is the size you guys have? lol the 15 acres isn't very big for me but I grew up on a large wheat farm with thousands of acres. About 9 of our acres are two ponds and lawns that we mow the rest are trees and wild grass that we leave alone at least for now.
howdy again today sir Vincent! well sir...1,200 sq ft doesn't sound like much for three people but that new movie role should help you move up in size! lol. Yes it IS a ton of work, I spent the first 2 years clearing bushes and trees that had grown up everywhere around the house, the house had sat abandoned for 8 years, plus lots of mowing and many house, patio, fence, siding, types of improvements are needed but we've been waiting to earn more money to pay for them. we could also use some cheap labor if you're going to be available for a few months! lol.
We have a big tree that just fell down, it's really weird but it was growing out of the side of one of our ponds and it just fell over onto the lawn so I think I'll start working on that, I should take photos and post about it because I may try to cut it down and cut it into little pieces the old fashioned way ..just using an axe and a hand saw instead of the chain saw.
Well if you guys are splitting the costs then it should enable all of you to save money every month right? Yeah I even started on that tree cutting job today but it's a big tree, might take me awhile.

I can imagine the work that needs to be done for a land of 15 acres. Thinking of it makes me tired already.

We have our own room, and we have avoided killing each other, so I guess, we do all right with the space we had.
