Will bitcoin rise again

I can still remember the time bitcoin price was $20,000 or so, and later it was around $15,000 and so it continues to drop and later it was around $10,000 and gradually to continue to fall until now it is around $3,800 so I want to ask, will bitcoin price going to rise again. I do not foresee the end of it but the beginning of the rise. Thanks.
