Interesting was checking using down vote detector which gave sudonyms well false handles or nicknames that fall similarish in naming, so slapped a name of a spam account name taken from the down vote detector into Google translate and found the language conversion stated the name was in zulu language basically an African dialect therefore best guess so far is it is an African user making false accounts which was pretty cool.
