It sure was a lesson for all. At least a lot more people know what the limitations of patching a blockchain are and we can all adjust our expectations away from what we're accustomed to with centralized solutions. There are so many possibilities with blockchain technology, but at the same time there also many limitations which I hope will be tackled as time progresses. Obstacles are there to overcome them after all. :) Brainstorming like you did in this post can only lead to a better tomorrow.
