A selection of tools I made
...years back in 94 when I went to trade school. I have since made a plethora more, some pretty, some ugly. Some to only use once. Clockwise, starting next to the 8 components sitting under me safety glass I fabbed for a project.
- Drill bit angle gauge, 59 and 67.3 degrees.
- Bore Polishing T
- Cold Chisel - Forged, filed, heat treated then tempered ketos steel.
- Wood countersink
- 0.050" pin push
- Clamp - An odd one at that.
The drill gage was two pieces of steel, filed, sanded then dovetailed ans soldered together. If you look closely you can see the dovetail.
The heads of the clamp were filed to fit and soldered as well.
I still use all of them today!
