Phoneum Token swap from PHM to PHT

Hello Everyone,

We are very excited to announce a major upgrade to the Phoneum Token.

We will be conducting a swap from the current PHM to our new token, “PHT” (Phoneum Token)

The benefits of this are:

• Our ERC-20 Contract has been updated to be inline with the most recent ERC-20 standards and to incorporate several new security features into the token itself, along with faster transactions.

• 1.5 Billion PHM will be burnt, which will reduce the total supply from 3.5 Billion to 2 Billion PHT, inherently increasing the value by limiting the supply.

To all the current token holders:

We recorded a snapshot of all wallets holding PHM at 2:28 PM EST on January 28, 2020 (block 9372375). If your wallet contained less than 200K PHM, it will be automatically credited with PHT at a 1:1 ratio of your balance at that time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the PHT to arrive in your wallets.

Anyone holding at least 200K PHM, please email us at [email protected] and provide us with your wallet address so that we can manually process your transaction and send you PHT.

All of our apps and games will receive an update shortly converting all PHM to PHT automatically.

The exchanges that PHM is currently listed on, LATOKEN and Probit, have both disabled withdrawals and deposits so that we can make sure to credit those who hold PHM on them.

Probit will begin trading for the new token (PHT) later today. We have a good surprise to share with you once PHT goes live there!

An announcement will be posted later regarding the exchanges.
