Public Records - Officer Rankin of Spokane PD Uses Unjust Force

I've done a couple of Stories on Brandon ranking of the Spokane Police Department regarding his killing of David Novak on January 7th of 2019. I recently came across this body cam footage documenting an incident where Rankin used his taser and other unethical Force against a supposedly free person. I am working on my video and story about this incident and Rankin but wanted a place to upload and share for all who want it the unedited version of the body cam footage and officer rankings full report of the incident. Stay tuned for my full report on this incident. It's time to take action and start getting order followers and dangerous cops like Rankin removed from the blue line gang.
