Dime: ¿quién es aquella que siempre perdona,
Que todo lo olvida sin guardar rencor?
Ayer tus travesuras, hoy tus «locuras»
Te besa, te bendice y te llama su amor.
Ayer tus regueros de ropa, tus corotos
Hoy el mismo cuadro, ¡el baño un zaperoco!
Ella recogiendo, secando, guardando
Por tí, no se cansa de andar curucuteando.
Dormía despierta, la oreja parada
Cuando te sentía, corría alarmada
A tocarte, arroparte, porque estornudaste
Hoy, a ver si por fin ya llegaste.
A nadie le cuenta cómo la exasperas
A veces te grita que la desesperas.
¿Que a veces te grita?
¿Que te vuelve loco?
¿Y cargar contigo, te parece poco?

Hoy que eres grande, soltero o casado
«Aquello«, tú sabes ¿Se lo habrás contado?
El negro secreto que guardas profundo
¡Que nadie lo sabe, nadie en este mundo!
¡Tch! Descarga tu alma ¿Vas a callar
Ante la única con que puedes contar?
¡El único ser que no te dejara
Que contra mar y viento te defenderá!
La verás jurando que todo eso es mentira
Que no fue tu culpa. Que alguien te empujó
Nada tendrás que temer de su ira
¡Porque eres perfecto y San Se acabó!
¿Que quién es esa Santa, esa Mártir Bendita
Que no busca fama, ni gloria, ni ná…?
Pues, la tuya, mía, de todos, igualita
