Freewrite — moving to the city.
Of light.
just over the weekend I ran off to my closest city to celebrate a friends birthday.
It was a blast.
I’ve been thinking a lot about my near and distant futures.
I’m considering moving back to Vermont.
Because my heart lives there.
Or moving to Paris.
Because my heart lives there
One of these options is more terrifying than the other.
It’s Vermont because
I might see billy.
And I might realize I still love him.
Or love him again?
Or I might finally allow new live into my heart.
And that might lead to even more pain than I’ve felt before.
It’s Paris.
Because I would need a well paying job to fund it, and also because my French is far from perfect and France is far from home.
I’d move this coming October..
I just don’t know where.
