Happy new year 2019 !!!

Left 13 days to complete the challenge~cant wait for the day but at the same time, I really hope that I can keep this 1 min Plank as a habit 🙈

I saw a lot of social posts, regarding reflections on 2018 and resolutions for 2019.

What I have experienced constantly is:

Big expectations come with big disappointments.

This is not about negative thinking, it's about a fact for me.

So always be opened to failure, go through it and grow.

Action speaks louder than words.

Keep reminding myself.
