I hear Aggroed is trying to get in touch with Partiko. Probably about doing their own SCOT.
I think they could raise a massive amount of Steem by doing something in partnership with Aggroed and Steem Engine. Hopefully they follow up on this and then use the raised funds to power up, claim more accounts and continually reward the user base.
This would be really cool, I'm glad Aggy is checking in with them. Hopefully the rumors of a short break are true and they are going to stick with Steem, and steem-engine.
