Mustard in the making 😎
I follow the recipe to Killner
2 tbs yellow mustard seeds
2 tbs browne mustard seeds
100 ml white wine cider vinegar, I used apple cider vinegar.
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp sugar
Mix, leave it for 3 days - do not refrigerate 😀
After 3 days, drain the surplus liquid and reserve. Add salt and sugar and grind it with blender or mortar. Leav in fridge for 2 days and ready for use 😉
