Maybe you have followed @actifit and @steemmonsters at some point. If you have just go into steemit and unfollow those two. You will still get posts from people you follow that may post under those tag's.

Nah, it's not that...I certainly haven't followed either. It's coming from users I follow who are posting their own blogs about it.
