我的食譜(自製萝卜糕)

好久自己没有做萝卜糕吃了,前幾天突然想起孩子们喜欢吃萝卜糕,于是就去买了做萝卜糕的材料😋

因为明天会和老公一起去吉隆坡,第二天才過去晋吉岛,所以今天早上就動手做萝卜糕😃

2个孩子都在吉隆坡,所以就做一些萝卜糕帶给他们吃。😍

毎次我会先把虾米洗净,用搅拌机搅碎放入锅内用小火干炒,炒到干香待凉后存放在冰箱。

等到要做时比较方便烘干的虾米也较香😋😋

材料:白萝卜1条(400g左右)
萝卜刨丝,以沸水加少許的盐汆烫5分
钟沥干。

         粘米粉500g用10寸方形盘,放入粘米
         粉,加水到10寸方形盘的一半,然后搅
         拌匀过滤待用。
         
         猪肉碎600g左右
         虾米25g
         白蒜2粒(切碎)
         红葱头6粒(切碎)

做法:烧热油锅,加入红葱白蒜炒香放入猪肉
碎炒至干香出油,加入胡椒粉,盐,味
精,之后再加入虾米碎炒均匀后放入萝
卜絲拌匀后,转小火慢慢加入粘米浆,
不停搅拌至浓稠离火。

         10吋方形盘底面加入少许油涂抹后倒入
          萝卜糕面糊,蒸1个钟至熟即可。
