It could be a Rafflesia sp.
Seeing the colors, shape and the fact that there are flies, typical of the pollination of these plants, they rely on the smell of rotten meat that they emanate.
The Rafflesia arnoldii holds the largest flower in the world!

I was about to write to you that we shouldn't rule out the fact that it's a mushroom! ^^ Aseroe rubra!
I only worked it out cos I googled my image once I got on a pc. Some of the others in the subspecies are very phallic
