6 Productivity Tips To Make 2018 Your Best Year Ever

Hello friends, We all want to be ahead of others, and the way that can keep us ahead is doing something extra from others, so I am going to mention some practical tips which can help you to increase

#1.Take care of your health:
Without health it is almost impossible to increase our productivity.So,first step to increase our productivity to improve our health.
#Exercise:
Well many research proves that exercise increase our learning ability and productivity of whole day. So its important to include exercise in your schedule.
Choose exercise according to your body(flexibility,strength etc). It will boost your memory and confidence
#Eat healthy food:
Being healthy is completed by healthy food, eat foods which increase your energy level and gives nutrition, oats,porridge,jaggery bars, fruits, green vegetables etc can help you to complete your healthy diet.

#2.Make a time schedule:
Having a clear schedule in our life, keep us focused whole day, we are not confused and we work in a smoother way.
Make a routine according to our way, dont forget to include atleast 10 min exercises, mediatation and 10 minutes to read and listen something positive.When you have a focused mind you have a quality development.

#3.Dont avoid a nap:
Having a nap even of 30 minutes can add hours in our day.Pilots take 26 minutes nap before any flights, this help them to keep focused. So,try to have a small nap,but not more than 30 minutes, this will help to improve your focus and productivity.

#4.Work in daylight:
Working in daylight actually make us more productive as compare to night.
Its because nature has made us to do work at day and we have to sleep at night. So more often we procastinate to work at night.
so its better to work at day light and if you have to work at night. Make sure you are properly rested and you can even exercise for 10 minutes in evening to boost your mind power.
Having coffee for some occasion is ok but I dont prefer you to drink coffees everday because its disturb your sleeping cycle.
