Help finished the gas !. | ° Tips to survive with the microwave °. Original @carlagonz

Hello friends of Weku.

In recent days I saw the need to learn some quick recipes in the microwave, because my building ran out of gas (fuel needed to turn on the stove and cook food) as a result of the situation in the country.

Now, I had to make lunch for my family with the things I had and in some way that did not need the use of the stove.

I thought about cooking in microwaves and I dare say it was a good idea, my family was satisfied and they even talked about the good taste.

Omelet in microwave.

  1. Find a suitable container for the microwave and cover the inside surface with margarine.
  2. Piqué small pieces of onion, tomato and ham, or the vegetables that you have (I use scallions and tomatoes).
  3. I added two eggs, added a small spoonful of wheat flour, add a pinch of salt, oregano and pepper.
  4. stir everything until the flour does not form lumps and the mixture is more homogeneous, microwave for 3-4 minutes.

Ready.

Banana in the microwave.

  1. Chop the two ends of the banana and leave it in its shell.
  2. Place in the microwave for 2 minutes on a plate.
  3. Carefully remove the peel, open the banana in half, place butter and cheese in between.

Ready.

I must recognize my mother @ rvag5 who always leaves food ready in the fridge for those who arrive hungry and have little desire to cook, an action that saves us these days with pasta and rice ready only to warm up and eat.
