Ketan Asoe Kaya
Kue ini kami sebut dengan bu leukat asoe kaya atau ketan asoe kaya. Kue ini terdiri dari 2 lapisan, lapisan dasar terdiri dari ketan dan lapisan atasnya adalah sari kaya. Kue ini sering disajikan di warung kopi atau acara kenduri.
Rasa kue ini manis dan enak untuk pengisi perut disaat ngopi. Harganya terjangkau cuma Rp 2000. Asoe kaya ini di buat dari telur yg di campur dengan gula dan pandan, kemudian di masak sampai mengental.
Bila anda datang berkunjung ke Aceh, tidak ada salahnya untuk mencoba kue ini sambil minum segelas kopi sanger arabica gayo.
