Benefits in fruit peels !

Today's post is about food. Do i really need to explain what's food ?
Okey ...
Food, is any subsatnce you eat that provide nutritional support for an organism. That's mean: energy , maintain life, or stimulate growth.
For me, food is the best thing you can have, thanks to the human brain who gived us many dishes and creats the gastronomy which gives you a real explotion of emotions in your stomach.
to prepare any food you have to peel vegetables and fruits.
As we know fruit and vegetables contain all the vitamines
But, what about their peels ?
Well the peels that we usually throw have also benefits for us as much as eating fruits and vegetables.
This is why today, i'm giving you some tips to use fruits and vegetables peels .
Orange:
- avoid breathing problems:
boil the orange peels for 15 to 20 minutes then drink the infusion.
- relieve heartburn:
chew an orange peel after meals.
- whiten teeth and skin:
rub the inside of the banana peel on your teeth or skin.
Grenade:
- decreases hair loss:
mix the powder and a vegetable oil, apply on the roots, let stand overnight and wash with a mild shampoo.
- soothes sore throats:
in a saucepan, mix the powder and the water, then put it to the boil, let cool, and finally gargle with it.
- soothes stomach pains:
add boiling water in a glass filled with pomegranate peel wait it for 25 min than savour it .
Banana :
- relieves headaches and migraines:
place the peel of a banana with ice cubes on your forehead.
- a treatment for skin irritation and itching:
rub the affected area with the inner part of the banana peel.
- for a glowing skin:
Blend the banana peel with the sweet almond oil to apply in mask each evening
Even if i gave you only 3 fruits, but you can made some searching about all the fruits and vegetables peels.
As you see we can subsitute a lot of daily life stuff like medecins and make up with organic peels.
