Rewards keep me going
Summer in a tourist town sucks...unless you’re making a ton of money from them. The streets are clogged & you do not get to enjoy the beach, if you are a ‘large personal space bubble’ kind of person as I am.
One good thing today was a short-ish line when I left work. Treated myself to a new (to me) local beer: All the Peels, from Nightshift Brewery.
I love their logo! And their sours are nice. At $4 a can, it’s a treat.
I have been up since 3:30 this morning & immediately played fetch with the dog, then an hour of yard work. Treating myself to a cold beer, a salad & FINALLY a sit down.
4:00 is close enough to 5:00, to me!
Enjoy this beautiful Friday...oops, it’s only Tuesday, but I’m off from work tomorrow ;)
