We the man creates sound for our communication and other purposes. A sound may be music to one person but noise to another, acceptable when soft, rhythmic or for short time, but unacceptable when loud, random or prolonged. The noise is a by product of human activity and the background noise levels have been found to be increasing year by year for the last few decades.
