Participation in Educational Tour
All the students are hereby informed that our school has decided to conduct an educational tour to Rajasthan for seven days. Required details are given below:
(a) date, time and place of assembly: 10th September, 7am., School compound.
(b) things to be taken in everyone's kit: clothing, tooth paste and brush, towel, a diary, some medicines, a chain and a lock, etc.
(c) date and time of return 18th September, 17.00 hrs at Howrah Station.
(d) guardian's consent : A letter showing guardian's consent in taking part in the proposed tour is to be submitted to the undersigned by 10th August.
