Getting Injured Easily These Days

A few days ago I was chasing my 2.5 year old around the house, nothing crazy. Here I am a few days later w/pain so bad in my right knee I can barely walk. Idk what I did, maybe I'm just getting older.. #parenting #life #pain #injuries #kids

    it's one factor I guess. I ca relate to you but I'm getting injured easily because of my weight, hahaha I just busted my left knee for the nth time last wednesday from playing badminton.
