Corey Miller: AKA (C-Murder) is denied the opportunity for a retrial in connection with his 2002 conviction in the killing of teenager Steve Thomas. Recently, eyewitnesses, Kenneth Jordan and Darnell Jordan, have recanted their testimonies from previous trials, claiming neither saw Miller shoot the teen aged, Thomas at a Louisiana nightclub.
