OK this is strange. I once received a "zombie text" that I apparently sent to myself four years ago on August 28th, 2013. Part of it reads: "Focus your mind. Be calm and happy. Get your list done. Don't get too wound up or excited. Take a nap if you have to."

It showed up again today. I don't remember writing it. Ever.

Funny thing about this (aside from it showing up years after I sent it). I've recently started giving myself a list of to-dos every day and it's been working out great. I didn't do that back in 2013. And I've been trying not to get wound up by the fact that I haven't had work in the last couple weeks.

Anyway -- thanks for the encouraging reminder, Technology Ghost!
