Can I stream Paramount+ with ExpressVPN?
CBS All Access is now Paramount+ (ParamountPlus) and their website can be found at www.paramountplus.com. But, if you reside outside the United States and try to visit that address, you will see a website looking something like this.

That page might look harmless, but you will see it only if you are residing outside the USA. The text doesn't mention this, as all you can read is the following text:
"The new Paramount+, home to the world’s favorite stars, stories and brands, is coming soon. Get ready to experience a diverse collection of new originals, exclusive shows and blockbuster movies at an exceptional value."
But, if you are located in the USA, you will not see that page, but instead, you will see a landing page looking something like this.

There is a big difference between the pages. And yes, if you already have a ParamountPlus subscription, you will automatically be taken to the content page and you will be able to stream your content (if you are logged in to the service and have an American IP address.
But, what can you do if you want to watch Paramount Plus abroad? Is there a way to stream Paramount+ outside the USA? Is ExpressVPN a solution?
Paramount+ and ExpressVPN
ExpressVPN is a very famous and popular VPN service. Can it be used to watch Paramount+ abroad? As you might know, a VPN provider will help you change your IP address. But, many streaming services are blocking VPN services, meaning that you can get an American IP address, but you will still be blocked as you try to stream Amazon Prime, Hulu, American Netflix, PeacockTV, ParamountPlus, and more. But, what is the truth when it comes to ExpressVPN?
First of all, you need an ExpressVPN subscription. Luckily, I have one, so this test was actually really easy to make. I then open the ExpressVPN application (which can be downloaded after you have purchased a subscription). There are applications available for Windows, Macintosh, iOS, Android, and other platforms, and they also have a 30-day full refund policy in case you do not like the service.
I then run the ExpressVPN application and connect to a server in the USA. Now I have an American IP address, and if everything is fine, I should be able to watch the content on Paramount Plus. Therefore, I visit the website, and I am able to stream all the content on Paramount+.
I can stream Champions League football on Paramount+ (and much more).
Just to be really sure that it is working, I then selected the live stream from a Champions League match between Real Madrid and Atalanta, and it started perfectly and I could stream it. In the same way, I can also stream all the traditional CBS programs like The Young Sheldon and so much more!
Just for your information... ExpressVPN is one of the very few VPN providers that actually works well with all the popular streaming services in the USA. With all other VPN services, it might work with Hulu, but then it doesn't work with Amazon Prime. And if it works with Amazon Prime, then it will not operate well with PeacockTV. But, the good thing about ExpressVPN is that it is working perfectly with Hulu, Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus. PeacockTV, American Netflix, and so much more!
