I agree. Its not easy to say no to yourself. When ever the conditions are sucky, (no wind/or lift) I go for the hike, and take a sled. If it is windy (15-20mph) I will stay in the LZ and kite. If its raining. Read a book and watch some youtube videos. LOL
I think Sam & I in ratio of sitting on hill compared to flying is probably around 12:1. Still, peaceful, scenic, stamina building and far away from the cities :)
12:1 lol Love it! There is a guy who shows up to the site with a drone. If he lands out, or takes a sled, he goes right to his truck and pulls out the drone. He has the right idea.
