What do you do when the wind is blowing the wrong direction?

The weather has not been working for me the last few times that I have had the time to fly.

Its really sad when you have the day off of work to fly, but the weather doesn't want to work.

Guess you can't win everytime.

    So what do you do when the wind is not blowing as you want it to be? How is it that Ethan and Brad were able to make it then? Any technique in flying? How long have you been flying by the way?
