More money, more pointless papers...

Another 50 euros, and a 6 euro parking ticket and an hour of time. Not to mention the emails and phone calls and senseless LONG form to fill out, making guesses about what my income will be next year or this year as a self employed musician. But now my business is registered again, in a new country, for a new tax office, for the system to keep turning...But why? Why 50 euros to process a paper, to let someone in another office know that I work so hard to survive every year...? And why, this pointless, piece of paper... Don't try to understand it, they say. Just do it.
