Any Trust Wallet DAPPS to Swap BNB for BTC, LTC and Other Non BSC Coins?

Okay so I kind of have a hard time wrapping my head around the Binance Smart Chain. On a platform like Pancake Swap or Cub Finance I can trade BNB for CUB or CAKE, but with something like Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin, ADA, am I correct in assuming these are not the "real" coins but a version for the exchange or a wrapped coin? If I trade BNB for LTC in Cub Finance it won't show up on my Trust Wallet LTC wallet correct? Someone had told me wrapped coins have a W in front of them so for example WETH or WBNB but I don't see that W in front of the coins on Cub Finance.

Also, if I want to trade say BNB or BNB Smart Chain Coin for something like ETH or LTC is there a DAPP or site I can do that on?
