RE: 📷 Contrast pictures of Season differences here at the Homestead 🌦 Rainy season is considered Winter in Panama, Dry season Summer 🌞
The difference between one season and another is incredible. It does not seem the same scenario. The champion there is the papaya because it bears fruit indistinctly of the season. Thanks for sharing.
We do struggle in the dry season, but the natural fruits and veggies do ok here. The Papaya is not so natural to this area but if watered flourishes with perpetual fruit. I planted the first one at the outfall of our shower and it just exploded with fruit after just 6 months or so. I 've had way more failures than success and decided a few years ago Chickens and eggs would be my main focus, Producing enough eggs daily to support the farm and us into retirement. Or so the story goes so far? Time will tell.
Cheers
