A Simple Military Career-Five Kilometer Jogging/
I love sports as much as I love life. I spend part of my time doing sports every day. Among them, squatting and rope skipping are the necessary choices for my daily exercise.
But ten years ago, I was a long-distance runner. I always tried hard to run. The first place at the end of the race always belonged to me.
I've been running, never stop, running for more than ten years and so on. Although I have experienced many setbacks in the middle of the time, I'm still running.
Ten years later, I joined the Chinese Armed Police Force, which is a very strong force in China. It can adapt to all kinds of battlefields, explosion-proof, field assault and rescue activities. As an armed police, it can cope easily in the shortest time.
I'm honored to be part of it. It's a great honor. Although at that time my body was sick because of running... but it didn't affect my jogging and weight-bearing running.
In the eyes of ordinary people, life in the army is very hard, but in my opinion, it is very simple. Every day is training, preparing for war, eating and sleeping, cleaning the police camp and so on. But every day is very full, especially every day of training, morning, midnight and evening.
In the army, there are many training subjects, such as squatting, push-ups, enemy capture, disassembling guns and then assembling, standing posture, formation and so on. Of course, there is today's protagonist "running".
In the army, they run every day, usually around the playground for 10 laps, three or four kilometers, but in order to increase the difficulty of training, the length of running is 5 kilometers.
Running in the army is different from real life. In real life, one or two people run. But in the army, there are dozens of people running together, in the final analysis, a row of people running together, and then there will be several rows running in the police camp at a time.
The scene is very spectacular. Sometimes in the process of collective running, the comrades at the end will shout "one, two, three, four", and the others will shout "one, two, three, four" while running, which is very rhythmic and disciplined.
Sometimes when running, people will sing military songs, especially when several rows of people sing military songs together, the scene is really spectacular, as if in the battlefield.
Throughout the running process, the comrades-in-arms are very united. When they see that someone can't run, they encourage each other and cheer them up. Then the other side will pick up and continue running.
This is the beautiful part of army life.
Love life, love sports.
I an remember those runs and they were harder in group formation. Would rather run on my own though or with a couple of others.
Running in groups is difficult because it requires neatness and discipline.
That's really great to know through your post incredible isn't it
