@yapcat That is for sure. The only reason there are still two accounts with this bank is the one's of my youngest kids. I already cancelled mine so they know I am not just saying something. The kids need one for their school fees etc.

The money is transferred to it and next they need a debit card to take if of their accounts once a month. Both had a debit card but suddenly the rules of the bank we're changed and for one it was no longer allowed till it had the right age... kind of weird rules.

I will see how long it takes to get that card. If there is no email I go back and end this misery.

I will not let them beg for their money. As they took the debit card assy they said we could come to the counter and ask them to give us the amount we need. Now they do not even have this small amount.

The app works so I can transfer the amount now any time to mother account.
