It never is, except here we have career criminals (re-pubes and dims) going after one who seeks to upset the little party of 2 sides of the same criminal enterprise called DC. If Mule-er had a damn thing it would already be underway, (impeachment of POTUS) but this is political theatre. Congress is impeachable too, BTW.
