Indian Food Experience
There is nothing more spicy than an Indian meal. It was a few weeks ago that I went to an Indian food restaurant where their varieties were very visible. One of my favorite dishes of such cuisine is called "Butter Chicken". It can be ordered a little spicy, very spicy or medium spicy. Butter chicken is composed of chicken and a sauce that contains spices and condiments. The taste is very remarkable and difficult to describe but very memorable. I usually like to order butter chicken with rice and naan. Naan is like a flour tortilla that can be ordered simple or with garlic. My preference is to order the one with garlic.
The other dish that is seen on the top (left) is called "Chicken Tikka Masala". This dish is very similar to butter chicken but its spices are somewhat stronger with more aroma. Butter chicken is soft by comparison. Chicken tikka masala can also be ordered as very spicy, medium spicy or mild spicy.
Overall, I loved the food! The flavors were very memorable and enjoyable. Indian food is meant to be eaten slowly and with joy!
