We started with chickens when we lived in a rental in the city. Two hens, had them about a month or two, the guy we got them from had his flock attacked by a fox, had to give them back to help him rebuild. Chickens can be fun animals to keep, they follow you around outside, when they get used to being fed, hoping you'll drop some food for them. Ducks can also be fun, doing similar, but, you're not supposed to hold them much, something to do with how they should be.

Sort:  

ducks are more temperamented, they are a bit angry here in a park near my house.
