The State of Virginia's Constitution states that these people can not pass the "laws" they are trying to force upon Virginia's citizens.
The counties in Virginia have been passing local laws, that protect county Citizens from State laws, as this Republic is set up to allow. This Country was configured to allow power to rest in the hands of the Citizens. Power which is not specifically assigned to the federal or state governments, is retained by the private citizens.
So far, 90% of the counties in Virginia have passed Legal Laws; vacating the States attempts at Illegal ones!
