Nope, you got me on that one. I don't know that word :)
When I lived over there, I got friendly with a dude named Jim. This isn't a joke..
I deliberately used to use Britishism's on him such as this word. We have a mass of them, but I don't tend to use them here.
Now you can use 'titchy' when you visit here, cant you?
You bet! Maybe when I run into a Bobby, I can say he seems pretty titchy compared to US cops!
