I read your post and yes, I can understand where some could get offended. Some of the statements you made towards the end if taken literally could be offensive to some.
Oh, and the ginger comment? Not sure if you are referring to yourself or @knircky. Probably a statement like that would not fall under the making friends and influencing people.

This stupid down vote led me to a whole 3 posts, I've written (not published).
Way too angry to publish - but some nuggets may have emerged from getting it down on paper, that may (and I this say very tentatively)....may have opened up ideas that could change the down voting behavior...I'll have to explore it more...

I support initiatives, but not much for joining caucuses. More of a lone wolf myself. Plus the acronym? Don't believe it would be very popular in the mainstream of the Steem Community.

In my angry writing phase, I found myself morphing into some kind of a Lucius Quinctius figure. 'It's shit job but someone has to do it', type of thing. P.s. - I'm not comparing myself to Lucius - now that would be narcissistic! lol....but you see what I mean?
I hate bullying, and when 'might is right' on this platform -dpos - it brings that side of me, out.
The C.U.N.T.S would be reactionary force only to poor behavior - like down voting my post as an example.
It cannot be done through counter downvoting - which is against my principals anyway - but other ways have emerged. (It only applies to real people, not bots).
