Yesterday I bought 1 PALMM and just now I claimed 5 PAL (not sure it comes from my staked PALMM).
How many PAL did you mined since now?

Yes, I think so too (my delegation is too small to even remunerate a single PAL and I have no #palnet's payout posts)
Even the value of the votes in PAL remains a piece of invisible information... or am I wrong?
Yes my 100 SP delegation is too small for PALs I think, but I have a PALMM and 3 PALM miners that I hope will start giving me PAL today - no idea how much!

I am deciding to buy 1 palmm so is there any fluctuating factor regarding pal or we will be constantly getting 8 pals for every 5 palmm staked or 1.6 pal for 1 palmm staked every 24 hours.
