That's interesting, I never gave that much thought but I agree it should be changed.
I had heard that Splintertalk.io would be a thing, but hadn't realized it was already live. Your post gave me the push to check it out and log in. This is my first comment from there.
I know that we can use the Palnet tokens for getting upvotes from MinnowSupport. But what about the Splintertalk tokens? Can SPT be used for anything special besides trading on the market?
I haven't been keeping up to date but I have heard rumors that SPT will have a use aside from trading on the market. I don't think it has been implemented yet.
I was thinking here... I had checked the PAL token's value on the market at the beginning of last week (while it still couldn't be used for getting MinnowSupport upvotes), and it was very low (I think it was around 0.02 STEEM or something like that). Now, it's being sold for more than 0.3 STEEM each. Since Steem Monsters/Splinterlands is a project that also grows very fast, I think the same thing may happen to SPT once it gets a special use. It might be a good idea to accumulate SPT now that it's value on the market is low and it's easier to get.
That is correct, Now is the time to collect SPT. I foolishly tried to play in the market and sold my 340 PAL for 0.14 to try and leverage more PAL ...... Too bad I forgot to create a buy marker after I sold.
