The richlist is a bit misleading. Some users have delegated there LEO to a second account to better control the voting power of different coins like LEO, PAL, SCT etc. You can order the richlist for received stake: https://steem-engine.rocks/tokens/LEO/richlist?sort_field=delegations_in&sort_order=desc
or for delegated stake:

Those who delegated are not shown in the 'normal' richlist.
Yes for sure! but I like that it shows everyone on the list and where I am ranked so on a weekly basis I can see if or how far im moving up. Thanks for the links!👍👍👍😎
